Raking

He had fun a couple of weekends ago helping mom and dad take care of some of the leaves out front. He used his rake for a while, but couldn't wait to get his hands on dad's.

Red Top Mountain

These are photos from another fall walk, this time at a state park.  

He sat on this tree for a good  10 minutes. 

Arthur likes to see if he can shake trees.

He is finally starting to figure out building with blocks.

Passport photos

We needed to get Arthur a passport for our upcoming trip with his Grandma Pat.  He wouldn't sit for the photographer at the drugstore.  Here are (some of) our attempts to get a headshot of him against a light background.

Fall color

We went up to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield a couple of weekends ago to look at the leaves.  Here we are by an Illinois monument.  We went around it about 20 times.

Scavenger hunt

This is from the end of a scavenger hunt that we did at Oakland Cemetery.  We all got tired out, but had a fun time - despite his look in this picture.

Pumpkin farm - hoops

They had a ring toss game with hula hoops.  Arthur was very good at getting the hoops. Here he takes them on a bit of a trip.

We went to a farm that had pumpkins last weekend.  It probably would have been boring for older kids, but the activities were great for Arthur.  We took about a million pictures, so they will be coming up over this week.  Here is the end of the trip, though, when we got our pumpkin.
