Snow day in ATL

Art and I were off on weds for the threat of snow.  Here are some picts.

Building a House

Arthur was building blocks today. He took the top picture and then he agreed to hold (kinda) still to get a picture with his creation.

And then we ran around the house for a half hour before bed.

We got a really nice day.  We rode the ferry across a river and beach hopped.  

Winter to summer

Here we are at the beach in Florida.  It was windy this day, but we had fun digging on the beach.

Snow Mountain

Stone Mountain has a winter area where they set up snow and sledding. Arthur was a good sport and tried all the sleds and tubes.  But only once each.  That was enough. (Mom and Dad "Do you want to go again?" Arthur: "Nope.  All done.")

This was the children's museum up in Tennessee.

Yeah, more than a month late, but here are some photos of unwrapping.  And Arthur is still singing Jingle Bells, so it must still be the season.

Okee Day

We ended our road trip with a swamp tour.  The weather held and we had the boat and guide to ourselves.  It was a little too cold for prime alligator viewing, but we still saw a bunch.

We stopped at  this cool fort in Saint Augustine. I think we'd like to go back and explore  more.  Maybe this weekend!
